We are seeking a dynamic Content Creator to join our growing team in the beauty and haircare industry.

Role: Content Creator – Full-time

Age: 18–25 years old

Experience: 1–2 years in content creation or social media management (Fresh graduates welcome)

Start Date: Immediate

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency in video editing software (CapCut essential, Premiere Pro/DaVinci Resolve advantageous)

Strong passion for beauty and haircare industry

Confident on-camera presence with creative content development abilities

Expertise in digital platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong command of Malay language (English proficiency is an advantage)

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Quick learner with positive attitude and adaptability

Comfortable appearing on camera for product demonstrations

Willing to showcase hair styling techniques and transformations

Able to demonstrate hair care routines with visible hair presentation

Experience in beauty/hair care content creation preferred

Must be comfortable with before/after hair styling showcases

Key Responsibilities:

Create engaging video content demonstrating hair care products

Perform live product demonstrations showing hair transformation results

Develop tutorials showcasing various hair styling techniques

Develop engaging lifestyle, product demonstration, and promotional videos for social media platforms

Execute Content on TikTok and Instagram to drive audience engagement and sales conversion

Create high-quality, trending content that resonates with target demographics

Maintain strong on-camera presence while ensuring maximum audience interaction

Collaborate in content planning, marketing strategy development, and social media calendar management

Analyze performance metrics and provide insights on content effectiveness

Monitor industry trends and implement innovative content strategies

Prepare regular reports on social media performance and market trends

Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management
