Qualifications

Remarc Property Group is on the lookout for a Video Content Creator who knows how to capture emotion, beauty, and atmosphere through the camera. 2. Requirements

• D3/S1 in Visual Communication Design, Film Production, Multimedia or related field.
• Strong portfolio with 1–2 years of experience in video editing and production (real estate or hospitality prefered).
• Experienced in drone videography with a Drone license or proven experience in drone operation is highly preferred.
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut Pro, Canva and Photoshop.
• Skilled in using DSLR/mirrorless cameras and gimbals for shooting.
• Basic color grading and sound design knowledge.
• Strong visual sense and understands composition, pacing, and storytelling.
• Able to work independently and adapt quickly on location.
• Design supporting visuals like thumbnails, covers, and simple layouts using Canva or Photoshop.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, storyboard, and execute visual campaigns.

3. Responsibilities

Production & Shooting

Plan, capture, and produce high-quality creatively framed video content using DSLR or mirrorless cameras, gimbals, and drones for social media and branding.

Edit engaging and visually consistent videos and apply basic color correction, color grading, and sound design to enhance production quality.

Visual Asset Design

Design supporting visuals such as video thumbnails, covers, storyboards, and make sure it all aligned with the brand voice/identity.

Work closely with the marketing team to participate in content brainstorming sessions and contribute original ideas that enhance brand storytelling.

Self-Management

Effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality output, and staying current with industry trends.

This role is best suited for someone who’s fully committed, can handle pressure, and is open to feedback and collaboration.
