Job description

• Plan and develop creative content ideas aligned with BDD's marketing objectives and brand identity.
• Research social media trends, audience insights, and emerging content formats to create engaging content.
• Write scripts and storylines for short-form and long-form video content across multiple platforms.
• Manage the end to end content production process, from planning and shooting to editing and publishing.
• Produce high-quality videos and supporting visual assets using professional editing and design tools.
• Publish and optimize content across BDD's digital channels, including TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
• Collaborate with the Marketing, Design, and internal teams to support campaigns, brand awareness, and employer branding initiatives.
• Monitor content performance and apply insights to continuously improve engagement, reach, and overall content quality.
• Ensure consistency in BDD's brand voice, storytelling, and visual standards across all published content.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Content Creator, Video Content Creator, or similar role (agency or in-house experience is a plus).
• Proficient in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, VN, or similar software.
• Strong storytelling, scriptwriting, and creative ideation skills.
• Familiar with social media platforms, content trends, and platform best practices (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc).
• Basic skills in graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma) are an advantage.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret content performance metrics and optimize future content.
• Able to manage multiple content projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
