Job summary

PT Armada Lintas Khatulistiwa (Atlas Indonesia) is seeking a Content Creator Specialist to join our creative and marketing team in South Jakarta. You will develop creative content ideas, scripts, storyboards, and shoot on-site content for automotive brands.

The ideal candidate has at least four years of content creation or social media experience, strong storytelling and on-camera skills, and fluency in Indonesian and English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in content creation or social media.
• Automotive content experience is a strong advantage.
• Strong skills in ideation, storytelling, scripting, and creative execution.
• Hands-on experience in shooting and producing content on-site.
• Strong on-camera presence and understanding of pacing, music, and editing.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Ability to manage multiple social media accounts and work under pressure.

What You’ll Do

Develop creative content ideas, concepts, and storylines for automotive brands.

Create scripts, storyboards, and shot lists. Produce on-ground content covering automotive, events, communities, and lifestyle. Handle shooting, interviewing, and capturing real moments for social media content.

Collaborate with Video Editors, Brand Communication, and Graphic Designers. Monitor content performance and optimize content based on data and insights. Stay updated with social media trends, formats, and platform developments.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 4 years of experience in content creation or social media. Experience in automotive content is a strong advantage.

Strong skills in content ideation, storytelling, scripting, and creative execution. Hands-on experience in shooting and producing content on-site. Strong visual sense and understanding of pacing, music, and editing.

Understanding of social media metrics such as views, retention, engagement, shares, and growth. Target-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to work under pressure. Proactive, resourceful, and able to solve problems independently.

Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Able to manage multiple social media accounts simultaneously. Strong on-camera presence, confident in front of the camera, and experienced in lifestyle, automotive, or community-based content.
