About the role

Pt Sinar Kejayaan Online, a leading digital marketing agency, is seeking a talented Content Creator to join our dynamic team in our West Jakarta office. As a Content Creator, you will play a crucial role in crafting engaging and impactful content that drives brand awareness and customer engagement for our diverse range of clients. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work within the fast-paced and innovative field of marketing communications.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and execute content strategies that align with client's marketing objectives and brand guidelines
2. Create a wide variety of content including social media posts, blog articles, videos, infographics and other digital assets
3. Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing and on-brand content
4. Monitor content performance and provide data-driven insights to optimise future content efforts
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest content marketing trends and best practices
6. Assist in the planning and coordination of content calendars and editorial schedules

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field
2. 2-3 years of experience in content creation and digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and on-brand content
4. Proficient in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or video editing software
5. Familiarity with social media platforms and content performance analytics
6. Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
7. Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team
8. Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest content marketing trends and best practices
