Content Creator

About the role

We are seeking an exceptional Content Creator to join the dynamic marketing team at Beatrice Clothing. As a full-time Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging, on-brand content across our digital channels to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales. This role is based in our West Jakarta office, with the option to work remotely on a hybrid basis.

What you'll be doing

1. Ideate, plan, and produce high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content for our website, social media channels, email campaigns, and other digital marketing initiatives.
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall brand strategy and campaign objectives.
3. Monitor content performance and use data-driven insights to continually optimise and improve content effectiveness.
4. Stay up-to-date with the latest content trends, best practices, and technologies to ensure our digital presence remains fresh and innovative.
5. Support the execution of marketing campaigns by contributing content assets and ideas.
6. Assist with the management and curation of our content library.

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience as a Content Creator or similar digital content role, with a strong portfolio of work.
2. Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to create engaging, on-brand content for a variety of digital formats.
3. Proficiency in content creation tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or video editing tools.
4. Understanding of SEO best practices and how to create content that performs well in search.
5. Familiarity with social media platforms and content strategies.
6. Keen eye for design and visual aesthetics.
7. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
8. Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
