Your role:

  1. A 24-month rolling integrated consumer marketing plan, based on consumer, market, and competitor insights (including champion propositions), as input to the Personal Health SPOR and BMC plans for the market.
  2. Optimal allocation of local A&P spend as input for AOP cycles and BMC planning.
  3. Localization of global content and local content creation (influencers, PR, etc.) in collaboration with the Digital Business Leader – Consumer, Portfolio marketing, including omni-channel calendar (where NPI sits) and portfolio management (SKU rationalization/phase in, phase out).
  4. Gathering local insights about consumers, markets, competition, and trends, providing input during VPC and PDLM.
  5. Developing and implementing the 24-month rolling Integrated Marketing Plan in the Market (LMAP), based on the Personal Health Cluster Strategy and brand strategy.
  6. Leading the Marketing team (Consumer Marketing Managers, Trade & Shopper Marketing Managers, Media & E-Trade, Social Commerce, professional marketing for OHC and MCC), owning the A&P spend responsibility.
  7. Ensuring effective BU planning based on detailed SOB analyses, partnering with Regional BU Leader and Zone Business Marketing Managers for performance management.
  8. Driving demand generation and business performance according to KPIs such as sales, market share, gross margin, A&P ROI, and others.
  9. Portfolio Marketing: contributing to the 24-month planning, product portfolio decisions, and lifecycle management to ensure timely and cost-effective market offerings.
  10. Championing customer voice and managing a holistic customer experience across the product portfolio.
  11. Driving localization of global content and local content creation for successful product/service launches in collaboration with relevant leaders.
  12. Contributing to the development of new business models and channels with the Sales Leader.
  13. Enhancing consumer loyalty by aligning resources within the Market.
  14. Collaborating with Insights & Analytics to validate local insights and co-lead the CoE Insights & Analytics for the Personal Health Cluster, providing market, competition, and trend insights to the business.
You're the right fit if:
  • Preferably 8-12 years of experience in Sales, Trade Marketing, or E-Commerce.
  • Experience managing a team of 4-6 people.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
