Job description

What will you do?

As a Consumer Insight & Marketing Intelligence Staff, you will report to a Junior Consumer Insight Manager and work closely with members from Consumer Insights and other divisions such as Marketing Innovations, Product Development, Sales, and Legal & Procurement. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing end-to-end in-house research projects (including NPS, impact surveys, IDI, FGD, etc.), from planning, budgeting, managing external field teams, report building, and presentation.
  • Managing end-to-end external research projects, aligning with external research agencies from planning to reporting.
  • Acting as the main contact point for brand research requests and monthly performance reports as the PIC brand(s).
  • Supporting desk research requests to the CI team.
  • Managing administrative matters, budget tracking, and the CI team’s database.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Social Sciences, Psychology, Marketing, Business, Engineering, or any relevant field of study.
  • Comfortable working mainly with Google Workspaces, Microsoft Office, and other programs.
  • Comfortable with quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Experienced with online questionnaire building platforms (e.g., SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics, SurveyToGo, Typeform, Google Forms).
  • Able to derive relevant insights from datasets.
  • Capable of conducting comprehensive and strategic desk research to address the company’s business questions.
  • Experience in managing research projects is a plus.
  • Agile and able to quickly adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capable of excelling both as an individual contributor and as a supportive team player.
  • Self-driven, with strong ownership and a can-do attitude to overcome major challenges and barriers.
  • Able to build and deliver report results in both Bahasa and English.
  • Active in organizational activities at university.
  • One year of working experience in market research or consumer insight team; fresh graduates with research experiences are also welcomed to apply.
