The integrated marketing team crafts and executes integrated marketing and communications & campaign strategies that resonate with our diverse audience across SEA. The team builds brand awareness, drives user engagement, and enhances the overall shopping experience. Whether it's launching innovative marketing campaigns, optimizing user interfaces, or crafting compelling narratives, the team's contributions are essential to TikTok Shop's success in SEA.
Consumer Marketing leads end-to-end consumer-facing marketing campaigns, to serve a variety of business objectives that translate into marketing initiatives. The role is for an all-around generalist with a strong understanding of consumer behavior, business challenges, brand values & competitors. He/she will be the center of collaboration across functions to create the most compelling campaign in the market.
Responsibilities
- Formulate marketing strategy to support the company's objectives, such as Mega Sales campaign awareness, new feature introduction, brand building, and related initiatives with sound knowledge
- Campaign budgeting together with multiple stakeholders, including planning, tracking & reporting
- Measure targets for each marketing initiative, ranging from increasing brand awareness metrics to assessing media channel performance
- Explore in-app & out-of-app new media formats for better awareness, consideration, and conversion objectives
- Initiate user research / market trends to reveal new consumer insights
- Lead cross-functional coordination between multiple stakeholders with clear structure & cadence
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s)
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in brand management / marketing research / advertising agency with proven experience in brand building, media channels, and integrated marketing campaign operation
- Research & Analysis: Understanding Brand Health Tracking metrics, ability to dissect important information to identify needs & gaps from consumers vs competitors; able to analyze insights from consumers, user behavior within platform & competitors' marketing activities and translate them into solid marketing strategies
- Marketing Strategy Framework: Ability to translate the company's business objective into actionable marketing initiatives, contributing to a 360 marketing proposal including: Out-of-app & In-app media strategy, Social Media plan, Creators strategy, PR, In-app journey
- Narrative Building: Accountable for creative materials output
Preferred Qualification(s)
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workloads to meet deadlines, proactive, fast learner, and able to adapt quickly to changes
- Passion for Consumer: Up-to-date with cultural trends and best practices in Indonesia on mobile and content business
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure all marketing materials are accurate and campaigns are executed timely and error-free
