Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or master's degree in environmental science, sustainability, NRM, social sciences or related field.
• 2–3 years of sustainability consulting or ESG related experience.
• Strong English and Bahasa Indonesia reporting and communication skills.
• Familiarity with ESG frameworks and environmental/social risk management.
• Ability to collaborate with government, private sector, NGOs, and communities.

Jobbeschreibung

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in environmental science, Sustainability, Natural Resource Management, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.

Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in sustainability consulting, environmental or social compliance, ESG implementation, certification support, or related fields.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia for effective reporting, presentations, and stakeholder engagement.

Understanding of sustainability principles, ESG frameworks, and environmental and social risk management.

Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including government agencies, private sector, NGOs, and local communities.

Proficiency in relevant technical tools and methodologies, such as data analysis, sustainability assessments, monitoring and evaluation frameworks, and geographic information systems (GIS), where applicable.

Relevant certifications in sustainability, environmental management, or social compliance (e.g., ISO 14001 Lead Auditor, GRI Certified Sustainability Professional, Social Compliance Auditor) are a plus.

Tasks and Responsibilities :

Provide expert consulting services to clients in the development and implementation of sustainability-related projects across various sectors.

Design and recommend customized sustainability strategies and action plans to support clients in achieving their environmental and social objectives.

Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs in line with agreed standards and expectations.

Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders to implement effective and context-relevant sustainability solutions.

Organize and facilitate training sessions or workshops to build client capacity on sustainability concepts, best practices, and relevant requirements.

Monitor and analyze emerging sustainability trends, innovations, standards, and regulatory developments to support project delivery and client advisory services.

Support the preparation of project proposals, presentations, and client engagement materials and contribute to business development activities.

Adhere to PT Peterson Solutions Indonesia's Code of Conduct, policies, and internal procedures.

Comply with and support the implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System and contribute to risk prevention and opportunity enhancement efforts as required by company standards.

Prepare technical reports, presentations, assessments, and other project documentation in accordance with client and company requirements
