Consultant Strategy and Performance Management (Project Based)

Provide thought leadership in the design, development, and implementation of corporate strategy, performance management systems, and process improvement frameworks.

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, engaging confidently with senior management and executive teams.

Facilitate strategy workshops, performance review sessions, and executive dialogues to align organizational goals with actionable initiatives.

Translate complex business issues into structured solutions, integrating strategic planning, performance measurement, and process management.

Drive knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and innovation in consulting methodologies.

Qualifications & Experience

Master’s degree from a reputable university, preferably in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.

5–8 years of progressive professional experience; prior managerial or project leadership experience is highly advantageous.

Demonstrated expertise in at least one of the following areas: strategy management, performance management, or process improvement.

Proven track record in successfully managing and delivering complex projects.

Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and exceptional communication skills.

Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality.

Skilled at working both independently and collaboratively in team-based environments.

Experienced in facilitating workshops and executive-level discussions.

Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.

Technical Skills

High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, with the ability to translate insights into compelling presentations, clear reports, and structured analyses.

Exposure to performance dashboards or analytics reporting tools is an advantage, particularly in translating data into actionable insights.
