A leading management consulting firm in Jakarta Utara is seeking an experienced Management Consultant to enhance organizational performance. The ideal candidate should have a Master’s degree and at least 3 years of consulting experience. Key duties include managing projects, delivering workshops, and leveraging IT to improve services. We are looking for experienced and strategic talent to join our executive team, as a Management Consultant with the following requirements:
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics or equivalent.
At least 3Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
IT savvy, with the ability to leverage technology to enhance consulting services.
Strong knowledge and skills in Strategy Management and/or Process Management/Improvement.
Proven ability to manage projects and deliver results.
Experience in delivering workshops or training sessions.
Preferred Skills:
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong skills in operating MS Excel
