Job description

Collect data, turn it into insights, and present recommendations to clients.

Provide strategic HR advisory and consultancy services to corporate clients across diverse industries.

Conduct in-depth analysis and evaluation of clients’ existing strategies, organizational systems, structures, and HR processes.

Assist in implementing approved recommendations, issuing revised instructions and procedures, and drafting necessary documentation.

Partner with client stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of organizational development initiatives.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a master’s degree/Post-Graduate Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Human Resource Management, or equivalent; or a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of leadership experience.

Fluent in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.

At least 8 years of work experience in one or more of the following areas: talent management, cultural transformation, operations & analytics, and training & development.

Strong presentation and project management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.

Proficient in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
