Qualifications

• Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background.
• 2-5 years of experience in construction quality control/quality assurance.
• Good understanding of QA/QC processes and construction standards.
• Experience in inspection and testing procedures.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Willing to work on project sites as per company instruction.

Responsibilities

• Implement project quality control procedures and inspection plans.
• Conduct inspections of construction activities and materials.
• Monitor compliance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
• Prepare quality reports, inspection records, NCRs, and corrective action reports.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors regarding quality issues.
• Conduct internal inspections prior to client inspections.
• Participate in internal construction meetings and project quality meetings.
• Ensure project documentation is properly maintained and updated.
