What you’ll do

As Construction Project Manager in Pasuruan, you will take ownership of delivering a landmark production facility from inception through operational handover. • Oversee the full lifecycle of the new production building project for dyeing and finishing thread, ensuring all phases are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation including progress reports, achievements, and financial records while proactively identifying potential delays or risks.
• Collaborate closely with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to develop and implement execution procedures covering shop drawing approvals, material selection, and construction methodologies.
• Monitor compliance with established procedures by conducting regular quality checks and verifying that all work aligns with required standards for civil works, mechanical systems, electrical installations, and utilities.
• Lead the planning and execution of machine installation activities for dyeing, finishing, and utility equipment in partnership with technical experts and project stakeholders.
