Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for procurement and management of construction materials.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure best prices and terms for materials and equipment.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste or loss.
• Coordinate material delivery schedules to align with project timelines and on-site requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of material orders, deliveries, and inventory levels.
