A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Construction Manager in Jakarta for a luxury real estate client. This role involves overseeing all construction activities, ensuring quality and safety, and managing project timelines and budgets. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction management field, preferably in the real estate sector.
About the role
PT. PERSOLKELLY Recruitment Indonesia, is currently assisting one of our Luxury Real Estate client, in looking for Construction Manager to be placed in Jakarta.
What you'll be doing
Manage and coordinate all construction activities, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring project progress
Oversee the work of contractors, subcontractors, and construction workers to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to project timelines and budgets
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process
Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards
Provide regular progress reports and updates to senior management and clients
Identify and implement cost-saving measures and process improvements to enhance the efficiency of construction projects
Maintain regular communication between internal stakeholders, board of directors, and also headquarters
What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree in related fields
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar construction management role, preferably in the real estate or residential or property development industry
Experience working in multinational (Korean, Japanese, etc) Real Estate company will be advantage.
Proven track record of successfully managing and completing construction projects on time and within budget
Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and industry best practices
Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, specifications, and technical documents
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
