Job summary

DayOne Data Centers Limited is seeking a seasoned Construction Manager for MEP to lead on-site activities, coordinate with civil, architectural, and structural teams, and ensure projects meet schedule, cost, and quality targets.

You will supervise MEP subcontractors and vendors, drive commissioning and integrated testing for data center facilities, and maintain alignment with international standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering.
• 10–15 years of experience in construction, preferably in data centers or large infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing commissioning and integrated testing for data centers.
• Familiar with international data center standards and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all CSA & MEP construction activities on site.
• Coordinate MEP works with civil, architectural, and structural teams.
• Guide & supervise MEP subcontractors and vendors / GC / PMC.
• Ensure construction activities align with schedule, cost, and quality objectives.
• Manage the commissioning strategy, plans, and schedules to achieve RFS.
• Lead white space fit out activities.
• Ensure test results, as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and training are completed and approved.
• Enforce compliance with HSE requirements and site safety standards.
• Implement QA/QC procedures for CSA & MEP.
• Provide regular progress reports, risk assessments, and mitigation plans.
