Job Description Summary

About the Role:

  • Monitoring the execution of work at site to ensure alignment with drawings and specifications.
  • Ensuring workability and adherence to standards in work statements/methodologies submitted by contractors for each item of work and ensuring alignment at site. Responsible for all site work-related documentation for the assigned items of work.
  • Anticipating and flagging imminent bottlenecks. Taking steps to avoid delays. Providing necessary reports of critical and super-critical activities to the client.
  • Advising contractors on enhancing resource productivity by implementing various work study techniques.
  • Monitoring procurement of materials, equipment, and labor by contractors concerning the time schedule and advising suitable measures for improvement.
  • Assisting QA/QC in ensuring all quality parameters are met.
  • Supporting the safety team in implementing safety standards at the site; providing support for job safety analysis.
  • Escalating to the project manager about all abnormal developments regarding progress, safety, quality, resources, etc.

About You:

  • 10 years of experience in construction management or relevant fields.
  • Completed at least 1-2 commercial projects end-to-end during your tenure.
  • Technical awareness of civil, electro-mechanical, and architectural works.
  • Excellent organizational and motivational skills.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and observation abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
