Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
• Planning and managing construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
• Supervising construction teams and subcontractors daily
• Handling real estate project/landed house

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture major.
• Minimum 6 years experience in Project Management, or 2 years experience in the same field, preferably in Property & Developer Company.
• Must have excellent knowledge of the property industry and project management, preferably in commercial building.
• Computer Literacy (MS Office, AutoCAD, MS Project, ICT, etc).
• Good communication and supervisory skills.
• Willing to be placed in BSD City.
