Job description

Overview

Professional experience in Construction or Civil Engineering, specifically in Construction Management (Project Management, Quality Management, Safety Management, Cost Management). Experienced in infrastructure projects preferred (roads, bridges, dams, ports, jetty, stations, railway, substation, etc.).

Language and Training

Basic proficiency in English (interview will be conducted in English). Japanese language skills required (training will be provided prior to deployment).

Language Training Program

Full-time Japanese language class conducted offline in Serpong, Tangerang. Monthly allowance of IDR 3 million during the training period. Duration: 1 year, starting April 2026.

Even if candidates do not pass the official JLPT test, they may still be considered if their skills are equivalent and managed to receive similar proficiency certificates.

Compensation and Employment

Salary: Approximately IDR 25 million per month (JPY 230,000–260,000). Accommodation and working visa provided (Gijinkoku Visa). Employment starts as contract-based, with the potential to become a permanent employee (long-term career prospect).

Study Period

Program Start: April 2026. Duration: 1 year (April 2026 – March 2027). If managed to receive N2 certificate within less than 1 year, you will be able to immediately depart.
