CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER - ELECTRICAL & INSTRUMENT

Job Description :

• Responsible for the management of particular construction work during the execution phase of the project. Construction and testing activities carry out in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner. Ensure project construction budget under their responsibility - both cost and bill of quantity meet with the budget plan.
• As part of the construction management team, responsible for the development of key documents of the construction - Project Execution Plan and Subcontract Plan by providing particular detail plans, ensuring both plans are developed efficiently and meet project purposes. The Construction Engineer must ensure all plans comply with project requirements and TRIPATRA's guidelines (procedure, WI, and Form).
• Responsible for the development of the discipline construction team (organization) including discipline manpower loading plan. Both organization and manpower loading plans must align with the construction execution plan and project execution plan.
• Responsible for the development of the discipline work pack construction plan including mobilization schedule and developing the responsibility matrix for each work pack and liaising with other parties/departments.
• Review & provide decisions for all construction drawings provided by engineering, ensuring all drawings meet project scope, are constructible, and that design drawings meet the bill of quantity.

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Engineering.
• Minimum 5 Years of Experience in O&G/ Petrochemical/ Power/ Mining Industry in EPC Company/ Project.
• Good knowledge in construction management, project management, project risk, and ability to perform risk assessment and prepare initial risk register.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Willing to be placed in Head Office or site area.
