Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting/Finance.
• Minimum 7 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in the same role.
• Proven experience in running corporate accounting operations in multi-company (Holdings).
• Solid knowledge of PSAK, IFRS, and Indonesian tax regulations, with exposure to international reporting structures and multi-currency consolidations.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Strong Excel skills and working knowledge of accounting reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting‑financial consolidation across multiple subsidiaries and joint ventures.
• Prepare accurate and timely consolidated financial statements in compliance with PSAK and IFRS.
• Analyze consolidated results, perform variance analysis, and provide insights to management.
• Ensure consistency in accounting treatment across entities within the group.
• Monitor updates in PSAK/IFRS and implement changes to consolidation procedures as necessary.
• Oversee reconciliation and elimination of intercompany balances, transactions, and data based on management approval.
• Coordinate with subsidiaries and affiliates to resolve intercompany discrepancies.
• Coordinate external audit of consolidated financial statements, ensuring timely and accurate responses to auditor queries.
• Support tax consolidation and transfer pricing documentation in coordination with tax and legal teams.
• Provide leadership and mentoring for the accounting department personnel.
