Role Summary

The Cluster Sales Manager for Conrad Bali & HGI Bali Nusa Dua supports the hotel's strategic management by establishing effective relationships with senior colleagues, including the General Manager, and providing support in business development, maintaining brand standards, and hotel image.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily sales calls across various market segments in Jakarta, including embassy, government, corporate, travel agents, PCO/EO, etc., to generate potential MICE business.
  • Expand new potential business through occasional sales calls.
  • Maintain relationships with existing accounts and update them on packages and promotions.
  • Assist the Reactive Team in following up on MICE leads.
  • Respond to inquiries for FIT & MICE business.
  • Collaborate with Bali sales teams and key partners to boost bookings and market exposure.
  • Monitor collateral and promotional materials stock.
  • Prepare weekly sales call reports and monthly expense reports.
  • Participate in sales projects and conduct hotel presentations as needed.
Candidate Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in international hotel chains.
  • Proficiency in English reading and writing.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong market analysis skills and understanding of local customers.
