Job description

A Marketing Executive will coordinate the web, Public Relations/ad, and creative teams to promote our products and goodwill to external business partners and individual customers. Internally, will handle all communication with other departments to assist with their marketing needs and help them achieve their objectives.

What will I be doing?

As a Marketing Executive for the Conrad brand, you will be responsible for:

  1. Developing Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to create and execute campaigns promoting the resort to both domestic and international guests.
  2. Digital Marketing Management: Oversee the resort’s online presence through websites, Google Business Profiles, and social media. Manage content, ensure consistency, and analyze campaign success.
  3. Social Media Management: Create engaging monthly content plans for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to increase guest engagement and traffic.
  4. Advertising Campaigns: Plan and execute advertising initiatives, work with media partners, create ads, and measure effectiveness.
  5. Content Creation: Write clear, engaging copy for social media, marketing materials, internal communications, and promotions.
  6. Content Planning: Coordinate with teams and vendors for content shoots aligned with promotions.
  7. Influencer Collaboration: Manage relationships with influencers and content creators, including scheduling and content tracking.
  8. Media Monitoring: Track media coverage and KOL mentions on social channels.
  9. Reporting: Assist in developing reports on campaigns and digital activities, highlighting results and next steps.
  10. Reputation Management: Monitor news and stories affecting the resort’s image and inform management promptly.
  11. Competitive Analysis: Conduct analysis of marketing activities to support PR efforts.
