Role Overview

A Curation or Personal Concierge Manager for Conrad Bali will lead the Personal Concierge Team to deliver outstanding customer service and enhance the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage the operational planning, continuous improvement, and service quality of the Personal Concierge Team.
  2. Ensure efficient and responsive operations of the team, fulfilling departmental requirements.
  3. Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly, acknowledge all guests, maintain positive relations, and ensure guest satisfaction.
  4. Handle arrangements for VVIP guests and inspect suites with amenities prior to guest arrival.
  5. Contribute to research, development, evaluation, and implementation of new products, services, technology, and processes to meet changing guest needs.
  6. Review and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to match actual operating conditions.
  7. Support strategic initiatives aligned with the company's vision, mission, values, and principles.
  8. Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to develop and execute training for the Personal Concierge team, ensuring standards are met or exceeded.
  9. Manage a team of well-mannered, groomed individuals in accordance with company standards.
  10. Conduct departmental and inter-departmental meetings to facilitate effective communication.
  11. Foster a service culture through team empowerment to exceed customer expectations and deliver extraordinary experiences.
