1. Deliver exceptional, personalized service through F&B delivery in the lounge, room service, outside decks, and en suite dining.
2. Demonstrate a clear understanding of business needs, including daily ordering of items needed for operation.
3. Partner with other facets of F&B to accommodate Guest requests & assume responsibility beyond individual role as it pertains to the overall concierge Guest experience.
4. Perform USPH cleaning of all concierge F&B areas.
