A Concierge serves as a key point of contact for Guests and VIP Guests throughout their stay at the hotel, providing information about the hotel and the local vicinity.


What will I be doing?

As a Concierge, you will serve as a key point of contact for Guests and VIP Guests throughout their stay at the hotel, providing information about the hotel and the local vicinity. Your responsibilities include:

  • Serving as a key contact for Guests and responding efficiently to Guest inquiries
  • Providing information, advice, and booking services for various Guest inquiries, including city tours, theatre tickets, restaurants, doctors, flight bookings, among others
  • Processing and delivering messages for Guests
  • Delivering and safely storing Guest luggage
  • Staying current with all hotel services, VIP requests, and special events
  • Ensuring orderliness and safety around the lobby and front door areas
  • Providing support to Management in cases of emergency
  • Projecting a professional manner emphasizing hospitality and Guest service
  • Maintaining a clean, healthy, and safe working environment
  • Acting in accordance with policies and procedures when working with front of house equipment and property management systems
