Overview

We are seeking a passionate and innovative Computer Science & Robotics Teacher to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will teach Cambridge Primary, IGCSE and A Level Computer Science, introduce students to programming, computational thinking, and robotics, and inspire them to explore technology-driven problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Teach Computer Science (Cambridge Primary, IGCSE & A Level) following the Cambridge International Curriculum.
• Deliver engaging lessons in programming, algorithms, software development, and data structures.
• Lead and develop robotics classes and clubs, guiding students in coding, building, and engineering robots for competitions or projects.
• Integrate technology-enhanced learning using Apple platforms and other innovative tools.
• Develop lesson plans, assessments, and projects that foster creativity and critical thinking.
• Support students in preparing for Cambridge examinations and technology-related competitions.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the ICT and STEM curriculum across grade levels.
• Stay updated with emerging trends in computer science, AI, and robotics education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Teaching qualification or proven experience teaching Cambridge IGCSE & A Level Computer Science preferred.
• Strong knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python) and educational robotics platforms (e.g., MBot MakeX).
• Passion for inspiring students to innovate and explore technology.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• International teaching experience or exposure to diverse classrooms is an advantage.
