Job description

Demonstrate expertise in Enterprise Risk Management according to ISO 9001, 27001 and Bank Indonesia (PBI) Regulation.

Design and monitor control systems to deal with violations of regulatory rules and internal policies.

Review and evaluate company procedures and reports to identify hidden risks or common issues.

Regularly assess the efficiency of control systems and recommend effective improvements.

Coordinate with different department managers to review all departmental compliance policies.

Making guidelines/policies (internal/external) according to regulations from related Regulator

Maintain and update data/documents on provisions of laws and regulations relating to the Company's

Requirement :

Min 3 years of experience working as a Compliance or a similar role.

Experience in Financing, Venture Capital and Fintech or Payment Gateway Companies is preferable.

Has attended and passed updated SO/IEC 27001 or ISO9001 or ISO/IEC 9000

Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in any field from a reputable University with a minimum GPA of 3.00

Familiar with all business state and local regulations.
