We offer exciting career opportunities for individuals with the qualifications and experience for a Complience and E-Commerce Manager to work with our Sales & Marketing team in the finest 5-star Luxury Resort in Bali.

Summary Of Responsibilities
  • Monitor legal and regulatory changes affecting e-commerce and digital trade, and ensure timely updates to business practices
  • Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to optimize traffic, conversion, customer experience, and revenue growth
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of online sales channels (website, marketplace platforms, apps)
  • Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures in line with local and international regulations (e.g., consumer protection, data privacy, digital payment regulations, anti-fraud measures)
  • Conduct compliance audits and risk assessments of online operations, vendors, and third-party platforms
  • Oversee data protection, cybersecurity standards, and GDPR/PDPA or equivalent compliance
  • Train staff on compliance requirements and ethical e-commerce practices
  • Manage regulatory filings, certifications, and reporting related to online business activities
  • Monitor performance metrics (sales, customer satisfaction, returns, fraud rates) and provide regular reports to management
  • Ensure compliance of online content, product listings, promotions, and digital advertising with legal standards
  • Manage relationships with payment gateways, online marketplaces, and regulatory agencies
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 year experience in the same position in a large luxury resort, a Hotel Reservations or E-Commerce experience is an advantage
  • Exceptional communication skills and positive attitude
  • Knowledge of current trends in Hospitality and E-Commerce
  • Meticulous, result driven, organized and detailed oriented person
  • Confident user of PMS, Channel Manager, OPERA and OTA system
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, familiarity with E-Commerce systems will be an advantage
