What are you going to doKey Responsibilities:- Develop, update, and implement commissioning and start-up plans in the structured Completion System.
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of commissioning activities.
- Conduct inspections and tests to verify the functionality and performance of systems and equipment.
- Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies during the commissioning process.
- Maintain detailed documentation of commissioning activities, including test results, reports, and certifications.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the commissioning assurance process.
- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams and clients.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports.
- Develop Project Best Practices, Play-book, and Newsletter.
- Promote and communicate success stories and recognition.
- Actively support Operation Readiness
- Develop Operation Readiness and Commissioning Tools in System.
Essential skills and knowledgeQualifications:- Indonesian nationality
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commissioning and start-up activities.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
Preferred Qualifications:- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification.
- Experience in Oil Gas Industry
- Knowledge in Project Management.
