Completion Engineer

Job Title: Completion Engineer - Indonesia Passport Holder

Exciting Opportunity for CSU Engineer in Downstream Projects!

Location: East Jakarta, 6 months; renewal.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled CSU Completion Engineer to join our team at the Project Site in Jabodetabek for a 6-month term with the possibility of renewal. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in onshore and offshore commissioning, operational readiness workflows, and completion management systems (CMS).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead commissioning and completion activities from pre-commissioning to handover.
2. Manage database setup, maintenance, and optimization for project workflow efficiency.
3. Coordinate the preparation and approval of RFC/AOC dossiers and punch list clearance.
4. Supervise multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with project schedules and deadlines.
5. Oversee inspections, punch-list resolution, and turnover documentation.
6. Ensure compliance with industry standards (API, ASME, IEC, NFPA, OSHA, etc.).
7. Liaise with contractors and clients to facilitate smooth communication and project execution.
8. Conduct audits, training, and detailed progress reporting to stakeholders.
9. Implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure regulatory compliance.
10. Maintain a strong focus on Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas Commissioning.
2. Proven experience with TOTAL, INPEX, NOC Qatar, or other major industry players.
3. Familiarity with Completion Management Systems (CMS) such as ICAPS, WinPCS, PIMS, or GoCompletions.
4. Strong understanding of construction, commissioning, and operational readiness workflows.
5. Experience in piping, electrical, instrumentation, and mechanical system completions.
6. Demonstrated leadership and team coordination skills.
7. Ability to manage punch lists, system completions, and documentation effectively.
8. Proficiency in QA/QC processes, inspections, and testing procedures.
9. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills to handle technical challenges and vendor interactions.
