As we continue to scale our operations, we are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Compensation & Benefits Specialist to support and enhance our employee experience through effective rewards and benefits strategies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, implement, and manage compensation structures including salary benchmarking, pay scales, and incentive plans.
2. Administer and monitor employee benefits programs, including BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, leave policies, and allowances.
3. Analyze market trends and salary data to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices.
4. Support the performance management cycle and contribute to the annual salary review and bonus distribution process.
5. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies in all compensation and benefits programs.
6. Collaborate with HRBP, Finance, and other stakeholders to align compensation strategy with business objectives.
7. Prepare detailed reports on payroll costs, benefits usage, and workforce analytics to support management decisions.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in a Compensation & Benefits or HR Analyst role.
3. Strong analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
4. Familiar with Indonesian labor law, BPJS regulations, and tax requirements related to employee compensation.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HR systems (HRIS/Payroll Software).
6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Experience in startups or fintech companies is a plus.
