This role involves designing competitive strategies, managing payroll processes, and analyzing salary structures to enhance employee well-being. Candidates should have at least 3 years of relevant experience and strong analytical skills.
Design competitive and fair Compensation & Benefits strategies that align with business needs and market trends.
Manage the end-to-end payroll process accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with regulations.
Analyze salary structures and conduct benchmarking to provide recommendations that support talent attraction and retention strategies.
Develop relevant and impactful benefits programs that promote employee well-being (health, rewards, recognition, etc.).
Provide data-driven insights to management regarding labor costs, benefits program effectiveness, and the ROI of C&B policies.
Act as a strategic partner to HR and management in decision-making related to remuneration and rewards.
