Qualifications

Compensation & Benefit Staff (HR)

Role:

This role will be responsible for executing and ensuring compensation & benefit activities within the company are dealt with accurately and in a timely manner – including the registration and processing of employee BPJS & PPh 21.

Skill & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR / Finance / Accounting / Tax or related major
  • Have at least 1 – 2 years of experience in a similar role for the manufacturing industry (250 – 350 manpower) would be preferred
  • Knowledge and experience with employee attendance, payroll, income tax (PPh), & BPJS
  • Knowledge and understanding of labor law, mainly in employment regulation & salary component calculation
  • Fluent in English

  • Good at multitasking, open-minded, excellent time management, and stress management
  • Working location: Pasuruan, East Java
