Job description

As a Compensation & Benefit Officer at Path Finder Investment, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's employee compensation and benefits programmes. Based in West Jakarta, this full-time position will involve developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain and motivate top talent within the organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Conducting market research and analysis to benchmark the company's compensation and benefit offerings against industry standards.
  2. Developing and administering compensation and benefit programmes, including salary structures, bonus schemes, and employee perks.
  3. Collaborating with the HR team to ensure compensation and benefit policies are aligned with the company's strategic objectives and employee needs.
  4. Providing guidance and support to employees on compensation and benefit-related queries and concerns.
  5. Maintaining accurate records and preparing reports on the company's compensation and benefit programmes.
  6. Staying up-to-date with relevant labour laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
  7. Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of the company's talent management practices.

What we're looking for

  1. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. At least 3-5 years of experience in a compensation and benefits role, preferably within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  3. Strong understanding of compensation structures, benefit programmes, and their impact on employee engagement and retention.
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
  5. Proficient in the use of HR information systems and data analysis tools.
  6. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  7. Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
