Ce poste impliquera la mise à jour des politiques, la gestion des demandes, et la collaboration avec plusieurs départements pour assurer la conformité. Job description

Job Purpose

Responsible for managing the company’s compensation and benefits systems, including policy reviews, execution of compensation & benefits projects, attendance validation, and processing of benefit requests, to ensure compliance with regulations and support employee productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and update compensation & benefits policies in accordance with organizational needs and applicable regulations
  • Develop, implement, and monitor compensation & benefits projects, including incentive systems, special allowances, and employee recognition programs
  • Validate attendance records as the basis for payroll and benefit calculations
  • Process and verify compensation and benefit-related requests, such as overtime, leave, allowance claims, and reimbursements
  • Maintain employee compensation and benefit data using the HRIS system
  • Generate analytical reports on compensation trends, benefit program effectiveness, and improvement recommendations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support the implementation of compensation & benefits policies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, Management
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as Compensation and Benefit/Payroll
  • Understand government regulations or laws related to Compensation and Benefit activities in Indonesia
  • Experience with HRIS or payroll systems
  • Detailed oriented, Communication Skill, Interpersonal Skill
