Developing and administering competitive compensation and benefits programs
Providing guidance and support to managers on compensation matters
Assisting with the annual performance review and salary adjustment process
Ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations
Communicating compensation and benefits information to employees in Mandarin and English
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in compensation and benefits management
Proficiency in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
