Job description

The Compensation & Benefits Specialist is responsible for designing, analyzing, and implementing C&B structures in alignment with company objectives and regulatory requirements. This role oversees salary reviews, benefits, performance appraisals, BPJS, and insurance administration. The specialist ensures compensation practices remain compliant, competitive, and supportive of the employee life cycle. The ideal candidate is analytical, aware of industry trends, and adaptable to organizational changes.

Job Description:

  • Analyze and develop Compensation & Benefits structures and Budgeting.
  • Responsible for analyzing and creating formulas/parameters for General & Merit Increase applied annually.
  • Implement updates to Company Regulations.
  • Review existing Benefit policies and monitor implementation to ensure alignment with government regulations.
  • Conduct and monitor the Performance Appraisal process.
  • Monitor and verify the medical benefit/reimbursement process for employee healthcare.
  • Administer BPJS Kesehatan processes (registration, data changes, and employee removal).
  • Monitor insurance administration processes.
  • Manage the employee life cycle process, including job evaluation and resignations.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, or IT.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits.
  • Experience in HR and employee administration.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Strong and structured analytical skills in C&B.
  • Familiar with SAP HCM system.
