A leading educational technology company is looking for a talented individual to analyze salary survey data, assess internal pay structures, and recommend improvements to compensation structures. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree and has at least one year of experience in Talent Acquisition or Compensation & Benefit. This role is based in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, Indonesia.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition (TA) or Compensation & Benefit (Comben).

  • Conduct salary benchmarking exercises to assess internal pay structures against market standards.
