Qualifications

- Review, validate, and analyze salary survey and market compensation data.
- Conduct salary benchmarking exercises to assess internal pay structures against market standards.
- Identify compensation trends and provide insights into market competitiveness across roles and job families.
- Synthesize survey findings into actionable recommendations for salary adjustments.
