Job summary

Moell is seeking a Community Manager to build and grow our online communities in Indonesia. The role focuses on managing our website/database, expanding WhatsApp channels, and driving engagement through webinars, educational sessions, and product activation campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have experience in community management, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver successful activations and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in Community Management and/or Brand Activation.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage online communities and execute campaigns.
• Proficient in preparing reports and analyzing community performance.
• Creative, proactive and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the community database (website) and drive growth of WhatsApp Channels/Groups
• Plan and execute communication activities, including webinars, educational sessions, WhatsApp engagement, and product activation programs
• Manage advocacy initiatives such as VT Challenges and User-Generated Content (UGC) Campaigns
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of community activations
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on community performance and engagement metrics
