Community & Partnerships — Job Overview

As Community & Partnerships Lead, your mission is to grow our presence through people — players, brands, venues, and local communities.

You’ll be the face of Rekket in the field: engaging with padel, badminton, and tennis communities; establishing partnerships with like-minded brands and sports venues; and creating collaborations that attract more people to Rekket — both on and off the court.

You’ll work across:

• Rekket Sports — increasing brand visibility, activations, and collaborations with creators, communities, and partners.
• Rekket Space — driving venue traffic, events, and community programming by connecting with local players, clubs, and organizers.

Your responsibilities include:

• Leading community outreach for padel — engaging with local players, coaches, leagues, and social clubs.
• Building partnerships with padel venues, gyms, schools, and lifestyle brands to enhance Rekket’s visibility and presence.
• Planning and executing community-focused events, from open play sessions to beginner clinics and branded tournaments.
• Collaborating with influencers, trainers, and KOLs to increase brand awareness within the padel ecosystem.
• Representing Rekket at padel events, gatherings, and matches — both as a host and participant.
• Coordinating with marketing and venue teams to align programming and partnerships with Rekket Space goals.
• Tracking growth metrics across partnerships, event attendance, and player engagement to inform improvements.

You are:

• Deeply interested in padel — whether you’re an experienced player or eager to learn quickly.
• Confident in social interactions: able to introduce yourself on courts and forge new contacts and ideas.
• 1-2 years of experience in partnerships, community, or marketing roles — preferably in sports, lifestyle, or youth-focused brands.
• Energetic, proactive, and self-motivated — capable of initiating contact, following up, and closing deals.
• Well-organized — able to manage multiple conversations, track outcomes, and convert insights into actions.
• Bilingual (Bahasa + English) with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Bonus: experience with sports facilities, coaching programs, or grassroots communities.
