Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Community Manager to build and activate a Padel enthusiast community in Jakarta as part of our brand's lifestyle engagement strategy. As a property technology startup that simplifies homeownership through brokerage, mortgage, and home services, we aim to foster strong lifestyle communities aligned with modern urban living.

This freelance role is ideal for someone passionate about sports (especially padel or tennis), enjoys engaging with people, and is highly organized in executing small-scale events and community interactions. You will be the face of our padel community efforts, managing sessions, inviting players, and creating a fun, consistent experience for all participants.

About the Team

The Brand Marketing team is responsible for driving brand awareness through organic channels. Currently, we are building the Pinhome brand as a thought leader in the industry, aiming to become the #1 Top-of-mind brand indicated by new installs, through seamless offline-to-online activations.

What You Will Do
  1. Session & Booking Coordination: Manage the club on Reclub, add new members, monitor engagement, and send updates and messages.
  2. Community Growth: Chat and follow up with potential new players to organically grow the community.
  3. Content Documentation: Capture moments for social media.
  4. Event Support: Assist in organizing community events.
What You Will Need
  • Experience organizing sports, fitness, or community events is preferred.
  • Comfortable using platforms like Reclub (training provided).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; approachable, proactive, responsive.
  • Basic content creation skills (phone photography, Instagram Stories).
  • Based in or willing to travel within Jakarta Pusat and Jakarta Selatan.
  • Having a personal vehicle is a plus for mobility of self and brand items.
  • Availability 5 days a week, including some weekends, with 2-4 hours/day flexibility.
  • Energetic, organized, detail-oriented, able to work independently and report effectively.
