We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Community Manager to build and activate a Padel enthusiast community in Jakarta as part of our brand's lifestyle engagement strategy. As a property technology startup that simplifies homeownership through brokerage, mortgage, and home services, we believe in fostering strong lifestyle communities that align with modern urban living.

This freelance role is perfect for someone who loves sports (especially padel or tennis), enjoys engaging with people, and is highly organized in executing small-scale events and community interactions. You'll be the face of our padel community efforts, managing sessions, inviting players, and creating a fun, consistent experience for everyone involved.

About the Team

The Brand Marketing team is responsible for driving brand awareness through organic channels. The team is currently building the Pinhome brand as a thought leader in the industry, helping the brand become the #1 Top-of-mind brand indicated by new installs.

What You Will Do
  • Session & Booking Coordination: actively manage the club on Reclub, add new members, monitor engagement, and send regular updates and messages
  • Chat and follow up with potential new players to grow the community organically
  • Documentation for social media purposes
  • Event support
What You Will Need
  • Prior experience organizing sports, fitness, or community-based events is preferred
  • Comfortable using tools like Reclub or similar platforms (training can be provided)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, you're approachable, proactive, and responsive
  • Familiarity with basic content creation (phone photography, Instagram Stories, etc.)
  • Must be based in or willing to travel within Jakarta Pusat and Jakarta Selatan
  • Great addition to have a personal vehicle to support the mobility of self and brand items (i.e., banners, equipment)
  • Available 5 days a week (including some weekends) with 2-4 hours/day flexibility
  • Energetic, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working independently, yet responsive to direction and reporting
