A leading online learning platform is seeking a Community Manager based in the Jabodetabek area. This role involves leading a team, organizing community events, and fostering a supportive learning environment. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and experience in community management or social media marketing. Passion for languages and strong interpersonal skills are essential for success.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in community management, online engagement, or social media marketing.
Proven track record in organizing and managing at least 15 community events (online/offline), from planning to execution.
Demonstrated experience in leading and coordinating a team (minimum 5-10 members), with strong leadership and people management skills.
Strong understanding of language learning trends, digital community dynamics, and engagement strategies.
Passion for languages and a genuine interest in fostering a supportive learning environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities; able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in social media management tools, community platforms, and online collaboration tools (e.g., Discord, Trello, Notion, etc.).
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze community metrics and translate insights into action plans.
Proven record of establishing partnerships with external communities, influencers, or organizations to grow engagement.
Creative, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment.
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Education, or a related field (preferred).
