Job description

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute brand activation strategies through impactful online and offline community events.

- Lead community growth initiatives, including recruitment of new members and engaging current ones.

- Design, develop, and implement community activation modules that drive engagement, loyalty, and advocacy.

- Hire and onboard community members, ambassadors, or beauty advocates based on program needs.

- Foster relationships *with community members and alumni to encourage continued involvement and brand loyalty.

- Manage day-to-day community operations, including content sharing, discussion facilitation, and feedback collection.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Experience teams to ensure community insights inform business strategies.

- Analyze and report on community performance metrics and event success to optimize future activities.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience managing a community in the beauty industry (online and/or offline).

- Proven track record in planning and executing brand activation events that drive engagement.

- Experience in building and managing large-scale communities is a strong advantage.

- Hands-on experience in recruiting or hiring community members such as brand ambassadors, KOLs, or community reps.

- Ability to create structured programs or modules for ongoing community engagement.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to foster lasting relationships.

- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.

- Comfortable using community management tools, social media platforms, and CRM systems.
