A global commercial real estate company is seeking a Community Host / Guest Relations Officer in Jakarta to provide a warm welcome to clients, support events, and maintain a professional office environment. Ideal candidates will have over 2 years of experience in hospitality and possess strong interpersonal skills, ensuring exceptional client experiences. Provide a warm, professional welcome to priority clients and guests, ensuring a memorable first impression.
Support client events and activities, coordinating refreshments and amenities with attention to detail.
Maintain space readiness, ensuring the office area/lounge is well-presented, comfortable, and client-ready at all times.
Assist with administrative tasks and coordinate closely with the Branch Service Manager and internal teams.
Act as a trusted host, engaging clients with professionalism, discretion, and integrity in all interactions.
About You:
2+ years’ experience in hospitality, guest relations, reception, or customer service.
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree (D3/D4/S1) with strong interpersonal and service-oriented skills.
Professional image, polished demeanor, and confidence when engaging executive-level clients.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and stay proactive during quiet periods.
High level of integrity, accountability, and trustworthiness when handling sensitive client interactions.
Comfortable supporting events and serving in a high-touch, client-facing environment.
