Job description

Conduct social mapping and assessment to support the planning and implementation of Community Development (CD) and empowerment programs.

Develop work plans and budget proposals in coordination with the Community Development team on site.

Review documents related to the submission of the Work Plan & Budget (RKAB).

Assist in preparing various documents, including but not limited to the RKAB, sustainability reports, annual reports of subsidiaries, and other related documents.

Conduct site visits to monitor and evaluate the implementation of Community Development programs.

Prepare monthly reports and summarize the budget and realization of each program.

Requirements:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in social science or related fields.
  2. Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in Community Development.
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with good adaptability to society.
  4. Proficiency in MS Office suite for reporting, data analysis, and presentation.
  5. Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
