You will
  • Clean public places according to the cleaning schedule and set up and maintain seminar rooms.
  • Ensure that the customer promise is delivered according to standards, with professionalism and a keen sense of detail.
  • Personalize the customer experience: be sensitive to the wishes, preferences, and habits of the customer and take them into account systematically and discreetly throughout their stay.
  • Accept customer feedback with tact and elegance. Feedback to your manager immediately as a source of proposals.
  • Pay specific attention to children, giving them special consideration, adapted to their needs, age, and nationality.
  • Make suggestions to your manager to improve daily operations and customer experience.
  • Know and apply the Health and Safety rules and all emergency and evacuation procedures and notify customers.
